They are roughly 5'' in diameter. 

No returns, please make sure these are the right sized covers for your lights before you order. 

The lights need to be small enough for the covers to stretch over them.

They are new, but some have dust marks and other small imperfections from storage.

I was able to wipe off the dust marks fairly easily on a few of the worst stained covers I had. 

If there are any dust marks/stains on the covers you receive most of it will likely wipe off, but cover may have other minor imperfections..
