The back is embossed with ice cream cones, and there is a box: Disney, Studio Store, Hollywood, Limited Edition 300, (c) Disney, China. In another box, it is also embossed with FAC.

I describe the condition of my items in as much detail as I can so you know exactly what to expect on receipt of the product. Buy with confidence!

I do my best to take pictures of the actual item
you are purchasing, and most pins will include this unless otherwise
specified! I try to ensure that you as a customer are well informed
before you buy. Please note
that some backing cards of new pins may show wear from storage as
pictured. As well, on "NEW" pins minor defects in the enamel that are part of the
manufacturing process can be expected and are sometimes not mentioned
specifically. Pins listed as "used" can have minor flaws, superficial
nicks or dimples.
Note also that the camera used to photograph these pins is so high
powered it can often pick up minor imperfections that are nearly
invisible to the naked eye. Please see pictures of each pin prior to purchase and
feel free to ask about specifics at any time by contacting me.
Payment
Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase, unless there are extenuating circumstances, in which case contact me! I accept only eBay authorized payment methods (credit card, Paypal, etc.).
Shipping
Please contact me if you have any concerns about shipping. I offer a variety of Canada Post services, and these costs are calculated according to your location. Please keep in mind that Canada Post rates are often high when compared to similar shipping services provided by USPS - I have no control over those rates unfortunately. Border tariffs, taxes, or customs fees may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the buyer.
I use high quality shipping material, and take pains to ensure your item arrives safe and sound by packing items with care. Because of this, I ship my items quickly, but reserve the right to take up to 5 business days to ship. I would rather your item arrive to you intact and safe than save a little time by cutting corners.
Items are shipped from Canada. When ordering from another location please keep in mind that packages can be delayed at customs in your destination country. I have no control over this process, unfortunately and it can potentially delay arrival of your item. Please be aware that this is possible when purchasing.

Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of item arrival ONLY if a tracked shipping method is used both ways. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. New, sealed items will only be accepted for return in new/sealed condition. Please contact me if an item is not to your liking and most times we can resolve an issue to your satisfaction.
