Shipping: 

ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE ORDERING!!!  We cannot do anything after it is shipped, it is out of our hands.  ANY package that is sent back to us due to an address error will not be re-sent, we will refund your order MINUS the shipping charges plus a 10% handling/inconvenience fee.  

*We usually have a 1 business day handling time on all items.  This does not include the day of purchase.  If we can get it out earlier, we will.   Items ordered on Friday will ship Monday. 

*On items with free shipping we reserve the right to cancel your order if the shipping cost is too expensive due to your address being in an obscure or remote area.  

*Items will ship with the carrier service outlined in the ad or a comparable alternative  

*We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping options.

*We will NOT ship to an address that is different from what is listed in your ebay profile on the order.  If you need to change it, we will have to cancel your order and you will need to order it again after editing your address in your account details.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Return policy: 

*We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items to be in operational condition and functional.    This warranty covers the full purchase price of the item only, we are not responsible for any costs incurred due to labor or install.  

 Buyers remorse returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee:, Changed mind, no longer needed, Just didn't like it, etc.   You MUST message us if you wish to return an item, DO NOT open a return through ebay unless instructed BY US to do so.  If you do not message us and open a return without our guidance, it will be automatically declined.  NO EXCEPTIONS

*FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING items are not eligible for ANY return or refund as they are as-is final sale only.  These items are described in detail in our listings, if you fail to read the description it is YOUR fault, not ours, and we will NOT honor any return requests or refunds.

*All items that are requested to be returned must be returned in the original box and packaging it was sent in; we do NOT offer partial refunds. 

RETURN STIPULATIONS:  

 1:  ANY item that is claimed to be defective will be tested and inspected when returned.  If the item is found to be in good working order and falsely claimed to be defective to bypass paying return shipping or a restocking fee, then there will be appropriate action taken by ebay and a 40% restocking fee deducted from the refund.  

2:  If the item is altered/modified/tampered with in ANY way from the original condition it is shipped in, there will be a MINIMUM 50% restocking fee and depending on damage may not receive any refund entirely.  We mark all of our items and tamper seals to prevent fraud and theft, we do not allow ANY alterations of the item without prior approval via message traffic on ebay.

3: Any item that is confirmed delivered via tracking will not be eligible for any refund.  If your package is marked as delivered and you cannot locate it you will need to contact the carrier the item shipped with to work out a solution with them as we have no control over the item once it leaves our hands.  

4: Ebay’s “Guaranteed fit” program;  If you are using this program and are purchasing a part for your vehicle based off the compatibility list, YOU STILL NEED TO CONFIRM THAT THE PART WILL WORK FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE.  We cannot decipher all options and packages available for trim levels, that is YOUR responsibility.  Any item returned will be subject up to a 25% restocking fee.
