The factory aluminum knuckles are known for the tapers wallowing out and ball joints / tie rod ends bending and breaking from stress. Synergy has addressed these issues by constructing the HD knuckles from nodular iron making them 100% stronger than the factory aluminum counterparts. The Synergy stock replacement knuckles can maintain OE steering geometry to ensure tight, responsive handling, and direct bolt on fitment. The high steer option raises the bar for the offroad enthusiasts, allowing the drag link to be ran in the flipped position. Using a flipped drag link and raised track bar you can achieve a higher roll center on your vehicle. This will improve the steering / suspension geometry and greatly enhance the drivability on and off-road. The Synergy knuckles also come with adjustable steering stops to ensure you are getting the most steering angle available. The knuckles use a full Black E-Coat to avoid becoming rust seized which can make replacing the ball joints / tie rod ends a nightmare. The Black E-Coat is less than 0.001" thick and does not affect tie rod end or ball joint engagement while providing maximum corrosion resistance. We recommend pairing our knuckles with the Synergy Heavy Duty Ball Joints made from heat treated 4140 Chromoly steel for maximum strength & reliability.
