Most of his pens utilized Parker Duofold pens and components, Parker Pen Company gave him permission.

Mr Fultz was one a Legend of the modern Pen community and a master of overlay.
He was a Historian and a Fountain Pen researcher, who left a lot of material for the pen community.
He was authorized by Parker to use their pens and pen parts.
He is no longer with us, but his stunning works lives on.
