Antique Bradbury fiddleback cased sewing machine SN 169951 (1858-9 based on fiddlebase database information)
Bradbury was established in 1852 and was Britain and Europe's first sewing machine manufacturer. The company continued for 70 years. They also made motor cycles and various other items
This item comes with a case that has a top lid opening section (there is a key, but it doesn't activate the lock). The whole case also lifts off and is secured with a hook that rotates under the neck and holds it to the base.

Condition: The crank rotates - the needle goes up and down - the shuttle is in situ. I don't know much about these machines, and I assume it may require some attention to get it perfect but it appears to be generally functional. I am not sure if it is complete (any information welcome)
The case is in good condition - there is some movement when trying to left the whole machine by the handles

I use recycled packaging wherever possible, it may not look slick, but it serves the purpose and gives you the chance to recycle it or use it again
