I received these in a small knife buy. The Windsor is Made in Japan, Has top wobble will strike flint. The Ronson, Jet Lite is made in China does not arc when struck, The Unbranded butane does not arc when struck. I have not cleaned wiped down or anything they are exactly as i received them.
