The Brian Crower BC3925 Exhaust Valve Guides are designed to restore or enhance the exhaust side valvetrain of the KA24DE engine used in Nissan 240SX and Silvia/180SX models from 1989-1998. Constructed from high durability manganese silicon aluminum bronze, these guides withstand severe heat and reduce wear and cracking often suffered in the exhaust ports.
With a 7.0mm stem diameter and full head set of 8 guides, this product provides a direct OEM-fit replacement without modifying the cylinder head. They pair perfectly with Brian Crower stainless steel exhaust valves for optimal performance. Proper installation requires removing the cylinder head, pressing or reaming for fit, and applying correct valve‐guide lubrication.
Ideal for engine rebuilds, performance upgrades, or correcting wear in older engines, these exhaust guides will help maintain sealing, heat transfer, and valve stability, especially under high RPM or turbocharged conditions.
