It has a V-neck, short sleeves, elastic at the waist. & wide circle skirt.  Slip over style.  Looks the same in the back as the front.  In EXCELLENT condition.  I'd say it's from the 1970's or 80's.  Pair it with some cute boots or square dance shoes!
