The industrial bit line from @amanatool uses a high grade solid carbide insert knife which allows you to get two uses out of each insert. Once the knife show signs of wear you can rotate the insert for a new cutting edge. Drill mark on back of tool body is for dynamic balancing. These 'V' Groove insert router bits were especially designed for applications including Miter folds, Sign making, lettering and chamfering and are excellent for cutting Foam, Laminate, Melamine, MDF/HDF, Sign Board, Solid Surface, Veneered Plywood and Wood.
