1. Shipments will be sent via FedEx, DHL, UPS, Sagawa Express or Japan Post. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping is handled via Economy or higher service, so delivery is expected within 5 to 10 days after the package is handed over to the carrier.
3. If you wish to specify a shipping company or request expedited delivery, please pay the additional fee separately. (Additional fees range from approximately $10 to $20.)
4. We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.?Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order.
5. Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.
6. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ?gifts? Japan, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
