Payment is made via eBay payment portal.

Royal Mail Tracked 48  StandardShipping is free of charge and is estimated to take 2 working days from dispatch.
 

DPD / Royal Mail Tracked 24  Next Day
If placed before 12pm on business days only, orders placed will be dispatched same-day. It is charged at a flat rate of £9 and is estimated to arrive next day from dispatch.
 

Hermes - 3/5 Days  Cosplay Swords are sent with this courier due to the size of the item 
 

Please note orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Once dispatched orders may at any time be subject to delays by the courier for which we cannot be held accountable  but we will always do our best to make sure you get your order as soon as possible.

If an order is delayed due to incorrect details provided by the customer, we will try our hardest to get this amended for you and get the package back on track, but this can sometimes delay the delivery by a number of working days. Please double check all information before submitting your order.

Orders placed around the Christmas period are more likely to be subject to delays.

If you request a courier delivers to a safe place, and the courier can provide evidence it was delivered to this safe place, any missing parcels will be dealt with at our discretion

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable and in its original packaging. Youll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please do so on the eBay website. 

If the item is no longer wanted all return costs must be covered by you.

If your return is faulty, well send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds
We will notify you once weve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
