Some items may have a build time involved of 30-45 business days. In some instances delays may occur in which case you will be notified immediately in Ebay. All sales are final unless otherwise noted. imperfections may be present in the weave or in product finish and are not considered a defect or grounds for return. We currently do not accept returns of any kind. kits do not include mounting hardware , some mounting hardware may have to be transferred from your original trim pieces. If you happen to receive a damaged item we would be happy to assist you with an exchange or assist you with filing a claim with the carrier but no monetary refunds are given . All our kits are custom built to order. if you need to cancel your order during production there is a non negotiable 25% custom build cancellation fee . refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Business hours are Monday - Friday 8am-4pm PST , closed Saturday and Sunday & national holidays. If your order is received while we are closed it will be processed on the next business day.
