    SHIPPING POLICY

  • 99% of orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day.
  • Many parts are stocked in multiple warehouse locations. As a result, your order may ship from a facility different from the one indicated in the listing. Whenever possible, we ship from the closest warehouse to your delivery address to minimize transit times.
  • Orders exceeding $200.00 may require a signature upon delivery, at no additional cost to you. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.

    Shipping Carriers:

    We ship the majority of packages within the contiguous 48 states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. During the shipping process, we identify the nearest distribution center and select the fastest delivery method to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.

    Freight:

    We offer a 30-day return policy, requiring items to be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Returns due to buyer's remorse or for items that have been altered or used may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. To ensure compatibility, please verify that the item fits your vehicle. You will receive a tracking number for the shipment from our warehouse to Kentucky, followed by a separate tracking number for the delivery from Kentucky to your location.
