    SHIPPING POLICY

  • 99% of orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day.
  • Many parts are stocked in multiple warehouse locations. As a result, your order may ship from a facility different from the one indicated in the listing. Whenever possible, we ship from the closest warehouse to your delivery address to minimize transit times.
  • Orders exceeding $200.00 may require a signature upon delivery, at no additional cost to you. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.

    Shipping Carriers:

    We ship the majority of packages within the contiguous 48 states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. During the shipping process, we identify the nearest distribution center and select the fastest delivery method to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.

    RETURN POLICY

    We offer a 30-day return policy, requiring items to be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Returns due to buyer's remorse or for items that have been altered or used may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. To ensure compatibility, please verify that the item fits your vehicle. This requirement only applies to fitment-specific parts; if the item is unrelated to vehicle fitment or is considered a universal fit, this step can be disregarded. For items deemed defective, please contact us within the 30-day return period so we can arrange an exchange or return at no additional cost.     Placing an order from outside the United States is simple! eBay manages the entire international transaction once we ship your product to their warehouse in Kentucky.
