Natural Freshwater DRIFTWOOD

All the Driftwood from the Folsom House has been washed down the rivers from Sierra Nevada mountains and picked up along the shores of Lake Folsom.  Pieces have been cleaned but untreated so you have the option of treating it for aquariums, using it as is for terrariums, or varnishing or staining for arts & crafts, decorations, or taxidermy.  

The thing about Driftwood is that every single piece is different and unique! 

  

This particular piece is approximately 18" x 6" x 6".    This piece is very light, nice and long (relatively) at 18 inches and it makes a very cool bridge or archway.  You can also set it the other way and have the small extended branch or root at the end stick up over 6 inches, or if weighted down the larger branch could extend over 10 inches high.    Very detailed grain pattern, possibly from manzanita.  The main photo shows the piece set in two different ways.
