You can only return the item/product if has NOT been opened or used. If the product is returned to us and we find that it has been used or opened you will NOT be eligible for a refund and you will have to pay the shipping fees for it to be sent back to you.

These are amplifier parts and once they are used or tampered with they can not be re-sold. We make sure our customers receive BRAND NEW products, we would not and can not re-sell returned items.
