Can I View Before Buying?
Based on eBay's selling outside eBay policy, unfortunately we cannot allow customers to view items for sale prior to purchase.

Well process cancellations when possible, but if your item is already in dispatch, itll need to be returned instead.
When will my item be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after payment, and posted within two days. Well try to accommodate faster dispatch if possible.
How is my item shipped?
All items are sent via DPD next day tracked delivery. Once tracking is live, you can adjust delivery options like safe place or collection point (subject to DPD availability).

In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn't be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Alternatively, please return the item using our freepost service and we will credit your eBay account within 2-3 working day of receiving the returned item.
Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days.
