Return Policy:
Return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.
Claims for return must be made in writing within the first 7 days of receipt of item and Freight fees are non-refundable.
The item must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for exchange, otherwise extra fee will apply.
We accept returns if the item is still in its original packaging with no missing or damaged parts and the item is returned within 30 days after purchase. It's important to be aware that a 30% deduction fee will be applied to the refund amount. This fee covers various costs associated with the return, including postage, handling, and eBay final value charges. The buyer is liable for return postage costs. This policy also extends to orders cancelled after dispatch from our warehouse. Please be advised that we solely accept change-of-mind returns for items in resalable condition, complete with original packaging. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.
If the item is missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but damaged, or unsaleable condition, then unfortunately we don’t accept this returns.
Warranty:
All listed items come with its warranty description. Buyers please note the different of the warranty term:
Please email us if the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. We will replace the item if the returned item has been found faulty after the checking by our technician. However, you will be charged inspection fee $15.00 if the returned item is found to be working and the item will be delivered back to you at your expense.
Replacement warranty: All Faulty item can be replaced with full functional unit after checking process (take up to 20 business day) within warranty period. Please be aware we only cover the postage between manufacturer and us. And buyer is liable for two-way postage of returning and sending warranty product. If there is any physical damage then warranty will void.
