Heavy Duty Machine Vision Camera Mount. Made of 15mm thick anodized aluminum. Previously used with a Moritex SOD-10X telecentric lens in a semiconductor inspection machine to observe pickup operation. Lens mount orientation is 65° from the horizontal, with 30mm x 30mm hole spacing as shown. Please see my other listings for a mirror-image mount of the same type. 

Mount is ~10.5" x ~3" and weighs 2.75 lb.
