Industrial PC Surface Mount Keyboard and Mouse Pointer Assembly. Removed from a SAIC RTR-4 X-Ray controller.

Includes Advanced Input Devices slim rubber keyboard and Interlink Electronics Micromodule button style mouse. The palm rest flips up for access beneath. 

Interface cables from previous application included. Both cables can probably be adapted to USB for modern applications, I haven't researched.
