Theres a faint liquid blemish on the collar I point to it in a closeup pic also little blemish on back inner collar. Al's Attire makes and custom tailors clothing in SF. Not sure if this is an original piece or a altered older piece. He does both. The tag shows exclusively made for Amander Li which I have no idea who that is. Amazing dress. Nice orange and green print looks kinda like open cotton pods with short stems. Light jade green satin trim, liner and jade plastic I think buttons. The shell feels like Cotton. This doesn't have any tags since it was made exclusively for someone. Going by the measurements Small 4 is an estimate. So please refer to the measurements.
