Vintage Selmer rubber mouthpiece for tenor saxophone, soloist "short shank" model with "G" opening, ideal for jazz and other popular music.
The rubber is in good condition for its age. The reface is unknown.
This is a Selmer Soloist Short Shank, famous for its use by Joe Henderson and Kenny Garrett.
Vintage Soloists with short shanks are rare, and collectors don't give them away once they buy them, so they are quite rare.
The engraving "Soloist G" on the table is a characteristic of the Soloist.

Shipping
