This vintage 2003 Sparkling-wine-themed Ty Beanie Baby named "Bubbly the Bear." (DOB February 16, 2003) is in unused NOS-condition!

Bubbly the Bear is a somewhat rare Beanie Baby and was only produced in 2003 before being retired!

This example has an encapsulated 11th-gen "Hang Tag" and a 13th-gen "Tush Tag", in NOS condition sought after by collectors.
