Up for sale is a vintage Omega 1479 solid link bracelet featuring 812 solid end links, originally designed for the iconic Speedmaster Professional. This bracelet came to me mounted on a vintage Speedmaster.

This is a notably long example in excellent overall condition, showing only light wear consistent with careful use. The bracelet maintains good structural integrity with smooth movement between links and no noticeable stretch. The surface shows only minor scuffs and scratches from normal wear, which is expected and adds to its authentic vintage character.

There is one area of note: a previous owner used an incorrect spring bar, which required drilling out for removal. This resulted in minor wear to the spring bar opening on the underside of one end link. This damage is minimal and barely noticeable unless specifically examined. It does not affect the bracelet's function or structural integrity in any way.

The 1479 bracelet is a sought after Speedmaster bracelet, because it exhibits both vintage charm and modern construction and sensibility. You often find these short and lacking links. Links are expensive to track down. No such issues with this one. This would be an excellent addition to any vintage Speedmaster or serve as a quality replacement for a collector's piece.
