Product Description

Briwax Original is formulated with fast drying, stronger solvents which speed up drying and also increase the cleaning ability of the wax slightly. This means that it will renovate older dirtier furniture and leave you with the deep grain enriching Briwax shine. Unsealed wooden surfaces should be smooth, dry and clean.

Apply Briwax using a lint free cloth or 0000 Steel Wool, thoroughly working the wax into the grain. Once dry, buff to desired finish with a clean soft cloth. Improved shine and durability can be achieved by first sealing the surface with Briwax Sanding Sealer.

For antiques and pre-finished furniture, first check compatibility, then apply Briwax in small areas with a clean soft cloth.

The Briwax finish can be maintained by further applications which will give increased hardness and shine.

This product is not recommended for use in areas where it will come into contact with water. Above 20°C, Briwax will soften and liquify. Replace lid, put in a cool place and it will return to its original state.

Delivery Information

We are pleased to say we dispatch all our items the same day if purchased before 12pm excluding weekends. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text or email with the tracking details which will inform you when your parcel will be delivered.

Smaller lightweight parcels are generally dispatched via Royal Mail with larger bulkier parcels being dispatched via Parcel Force which require a signature on delivery. A calling card will be left with instructions if you are out. 

Please note that our delivery times are estimates and whilst we aim to do everything possible to get your order to you on time our "next working day delivery" is a "best efforts" service and due to events including, but not limited to, bad weather, errors and failures by couriers and stock errors its not guaranteed.

Return Information

If you want to exchange a product - Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items as we cannot guarantee having your item in due to fast moving stock. We suggest that you purchase the correct item from our website and return the original order to us.

If the item is faulty or damaged from new - If an item arrives faulty or damaged from new we will arrange for the item to be replaced wherever possible. This could involve a courier collecting the faulty item from yourself or you returning the product and getting a replacement delivered.

If your product developes a fault - If you have an issue with a product that we supplied that goes on to develop a fault within its warranty period, we can help. The process for warranty resolutions will vary depending on the brand and product please see our product warranty page. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will help to get the problem resolved as quickly and easily as possible. In most cases an item that develops a fault will need to be inspected first prior to a replacement being supplied.

Where the item is not wanted or has been ordered incorrectly - If there is nothing wrong with your product or you have ordered the incorrect product and you just want to send it back, returns must be arranged within 14 days for a refund. The item must be in brand new condition with all of its original packaging. Please note that we will only reimburse the cost of the product and not any delivery charges you may have paid. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns at this time, so the cost of return postage will be covered by yourself. How you return the item to us is up to yourself and we advise using a tracked service as we cannot otherwise be liable for any items that go missing following return.
