Business Policy

• Shipping: Most item's ship within 1 business day.  However, I reserve the right to take up to 3 business days.  If you would like to use a different shipping option then selected feel free to message me, I am always willing to accommodate your needs. If more than one item is purchased I do combine shipping. 
• Returns: Returns are accepted upon approval.  No return can be made on personal care, make up, and hygiene products.  Full refund will not be given if an item that is NEW WITH TAGS has the tags removed.  Returns will be made at buyers expense.   Please try the item on, decide if you would like to keep the item before removing tags.  
• Shoes: All preowned footwear is cleaned and disinfected.  Preowned footwear will have light signs of use.  Any scuffs or flaws will be photographed.  PLEASE INSPECT PHOTO'S CAREFULLY.  Leather Footwear is cleaned with saddle soap and polished when needed/allowed. 
• Apparel/Clothing/Textiles:  All preowned will be laundered when allowed.  If an item is hand wash only, or dry clean only it will not be laundered.  Clothing new with tags are not laundered.
