Signed Randy Moss photo, has been authenticated, comes with certificate of authenticity. Matted and framed in a 17x20 wooden frame with Vikings colored matting. There isn’t a scratch, it looks like it in the photo, but it’s dust on the matting inside and we didn’t want to remove the back authentication.
