Brand New, Factory Sealed but there’s a tiny piece of plastic loose in there. Disc is unaffected. A small piece of plastic inside the case that holds one side the second disc’s disc tray must have broken off but the contents inside are unaffected. See pics for exact condition. No damage to the outside of the case 

Ships well packaged with USPS wrapped in bubble wrap inside two padded envelopes
