How to Use

Make sure the heating wire is placed at the bottom of the heating groove.

Plug in the power cord. The power indicator light will turn on.

Set the power regulator to 100 for 1–2 minutes to remove initial smoke from insulation layer.
Note: Smoke is normal during first use. It disappears after a few minutes.
Optional: We can pre-burn the unit at factory to reduce smoke, but this may leave slight burn marks.

Adjust power to 45–65 based on your working conditions.

Wait until the heating wire turns light red (about 5–10 minutes).

Place the acrylic sheet against the guide ruler, aligning the bend line with the heating groove.

Heat for 20–30 seconds (time varies by thickness and room temperature).

When softened, remove the sheet and bend it to the desired angle on a flat surface.

The material will hold its shape within seconds.

After use, unplug the power cord and allow the machine to cool down naturally.
Important Notes

The handle sleeve and hex wrench for heating wire replacement are included. Please keep them safe.

Do not disassemble the machine during warranty period. Unauthorized disassembly voids the warranty.

Avoid touching the heating area during or immediately after use.
