This is a NEW, OPENED, UNASSEMBLED, kit.  Ok, here is the story on this one.  It looked like someone had messed with the factory round tape seal, so I went ahead and opened it, to check and make sure everything was there and that it was complete.  It is complete but the box is now visibly open, it unfortunately took the box under the round spot tape with it when opened.  The box has some corner wear on the left front side and on the back lower right corner.  It still doesn't impede the structural integrity of the box and as you can see from the picture it looks to be complete.  Give it a try, I reduced the cost on this one, if for any reason it is missing something I inadvertently missed, I will make it right and refund your money.
