The ounce (oz) is not a size but a unit of weight (28.35 grams), but the number of ounces determines not only the weight of the gloves, but also their size. In the case of lighter gloves, up to 10 ounces, the internal space for the hand to slide in also increases with the weight, which in this case makes it easier to size based on the weight of the gloves. The inner size of gloves weighing 10 ounces and above is already universal, and the outer dimensions of the gloves increase with weight, which has to do with the use of more and more foam in the impact zone, thus determining the purpose of the gloves.

The filling of the Overlord Old School glove's body is a multi-layer, excellent shock-absorbing and distributing foam with different densities of 14MM & 6MM EVA & 12MM Latex Sheet.

Thanks to the ergonomic body design, the Overlord Old School gloves fit the hand perfectly. The safety and protection of the hand during training is also ensured by a contoured thumb attached to the glove body with a leather joint, thus minimising the risk of injury or bumping.

The wrist is protected and stabilised by the stiffening and reinforcement of the cuff, with 17 mm thick multilayer foam absorbing shocks throughout.
