Mueller tape roll holder, in good condition, lightly-used.  Really ingenious -- I like the simple construction, rolling a length of fabric around three dividers, and using hook-and-loop to hold it together.  Owned and used by a friend of mine who fell while skiing.  Eventually his knee got better, so now I'm offering this item for sale.
