Innovative TRACK SEPARATION feature

Using the TRACK SEPARATION feature, you can load tracks just like in regular DJ play and control each part of the music—VOCAL, DRUMS, and INST—individually. Each part is color-coded, allowing you to visually see what is being played at all times, enabling innovative performances that were previously impossible with conventional DJ equipment.

Using your existing music library, you can create endlessly creative performances limited only by your imagination.

Mute or adjust the volume of individual parts to create new mixes and mashups.

Apply effects to specific parts to create remix performances.

Evolved ON JOG DISPLAY for customizable display information

The ON JOG DISPLAY, evolved from the DDJ-1000 DJ controller, allows you to select from four types of display information.

You can check essential performance information such as operation information for the new MIX POINT LINK feature, rekordbox vocal position analysis information, and PERFORMANCE PADS status right at your fingertips. Additionally, waveforms can be displayed in 3-band waveform format (available only when using rekordbox) similar to our flagship multi-player “CDJ-3000.”

• DECK INFO MODE:

Displays deck information including the overall waveform. (When using Serato DJ Pro, displays the Serato DJ Pro virtual deck.)

• WAVEFORM MODE:

Displays enlarged waveforms for two decks.

• ARTWORK DISPLAY:

Displays the artwork of saved tracks.

• DJ LOGO DISPLAY:

Use the IMAGE TRANSFER TOOL for PC/Mac to display your preferred image.

New MIX POINT LINK feature for seamless and smooth song transitions

The newly added MIX POINT LINK feature in rekordbox enables seamless and smooth transitions between songs during mixing.

For example, you can link the transition points between tracks so that the chorus of the next track starts when the chorus of the current track ends, allowing you to schedule the start of the next track.

This eliminates the need to press the PLAY button at the desired timing, freeing up time for creative operations such as mashups or effects.

DMX terminal for easy dynamic lighting effects

This unit features a DMX terminal for lighting control, allowing you to connect directly to your existing lighting equipment and create captivating lighting effects for your audience. By integrating with rekordbox's LIGHTING feature, you can automatically control lighting colors and intensity in sync with the song's progression, or customize lighting colors and moods to your preference.

Compatibility with DJ software rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro

Compatible with rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro, you can start playing immediately by connecting this unit to a PC/Mac with the latest software installed. It also supports the DVS functionality of each DJ software. To use the DVS functionality with Serato DJ Pro, you must purchase Serato DJ Expansions or Serato DJ Suite separately.
