Here we have an exceptional pair of antique French art deco door handles! Could be used as left/right handles on a double door entranceway or either side of a grand door. Excellent quality, true angular/geometric/stepped deco design, evocative of the era. These were purchased from a dealer who removed them from a property in France and they would date to around 1920 or thereabouts. A perfect finishing touch to a period door. I assume these are made of bronze but I have seen a near identical pair being sold as rose brass, either way they are beautiful. Each handle measures approximately 13.5 inches by 2.75 inches by 3 inches deep, weighing approximately 2.75kg as a pair. These are the cheapest ones on the market by a long way so get it while you can. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
