Please see pics for measurements. Marked OC white on the smaller arm and the tip piece at the end of the long arm. Wiring is in good shape. No bulb included but tested and it works fine. Has a rather odd on/ off switch. The smaller arm section is the original finish, the rest looks like it was sort of painted to match. Some normal usage wear, some wear to the finish as seen.
