Purchases:

We at Muddy series 4x4 Ltd do everything we can to supply the right parts and in a condition that is expected from our customers.

We also contact customers of any supply issues that we have encountered and or issues with stock supplies and estimates on obtaining more stock or late postage.

We also expect customers to contact us if they have issues with purchases and or issues with our estimates on delivery's while we are waiting for stock to come in to post to you the customer.

We do our best to have stock for most of our items but we will advise on this if we do not.

We also use postage from several couriers and once this is in the delivery network we will have no control over late delivery based on couriers delivery times and internal issues each courier may experience.

Packaging and item Condition:

I some incidences their may be dust, scratches or damage to packaging due to storage or manufacturing condition from our supplier's

We will contact buyers in these circumstances if we feel their will be an issue with the quality of the product

Returns:

Buyer pays return postage and no returns if used or damaged after delivery

Oily Boxes, Damaged packaging or painted products will not be issued

refunds will be subject to postage costs and restocking fees (15%) if postage locations are not correct or valid locations

Postage:

Multiple purchases will be calculated at invoice with a combined postage rate

International buyers please ask for a postage quote

GSP services are available from Ebay at their costs

Economy UK postage available and is subject to postcode areas for extra costs

Warranties:

We recommend you Do Not fit with both battery terminals connected, Follow Genuine Maintenance Procedures

No Warranties or Guarantees on this item due to the nature of third party mechanical maintenance are given

Muddy Series 4x4 Ltd is not responsible for your mechanic or yourself fitting this item incorrectly,

A Certified garages will have adequate insurance on there own terms and conditions

and we recommend parts purchased from us are fitted by this means and not 3rd party mechanics or "mates" etc.

Products will have a 12 month warranty where stated and is subject to mileage or time / date when fitted.

If their is no proof of this their is no warranty given.
