1950s, 60s, 70s Baby Dress & Smocking Stitch Patterns!

I'm clueless about these types of patterns,  so I can't say if anything is missing.  Both the professional patterns (McCall's and Simplicity) have booklets in them and lots of parts/pieces. They are 1950s+

2 adorable mail share smocking (we think) patterns for kid's clothing. One is made of old 1960s newspaper! But I don't see instructions.
