Vintage 14K YG Initial Monogram R Charm Tiny Diamond

This looks like it has a tiny diamond chip on it. 

 

It is in good condition -  Marked 14K on back with the letter P also (meaning Plumb - exactly 14k).

Measure approx. 3/4" high
