100% Functional and good physical condition. These speakers have some light surface wear/scratches here and there, but nothing too major. The speaker on the left in the photos has one tiny tear in the surround (see close up).  The speaker on the right in the photos also has three small tears in the surround (see close ups), and also it's tweeter cone has some light  indentations. None of these aurally affect their function - all components respond properly through a frequency sweep. There is some subtle rusting of several of the screws that secure the drivers. And there is some finish wear on the  tweeter housing. The cloth grills for each speaker have some small holes. Comes as shown. No other accessories included.
