* 9-10 cm Palo Santo stick - 'Holy Wood' - a fragrant wood used for centuries in South America for it's purported spiritual & medicinal properties

* 8-10 cm abalone shell - a natural product that varies in size & appearance

* 9-10 cm selenite ( white gypsum) stick known for it's properties of clarity, spiritual growth & spiritual growth

* 2 cm heart shaped obsisdian & amethyst crystal stones - amethyst is belived to      promote emotional support & provide protection from negative energy. Obsidian is associated with emotional healing, self awareness & spiritual growth

All items are natural products so can vary slightly in size, colour & appearance
