It is a TIA transimpedance weak current measurement module, an IV conversion preamplifier. pA-nA-mA is specifically designed for silicon photodetection.
Ultra-high precision current measurement module with range of 10pA to 2mA (limit parameter).
Suitable for rapid development of personal projects. Proof-of-principle; product has been tested with 6½-digit instruments.
Using a typical transimpedance IV circuit connection, the current measurement with the highest accuracy in principle under the current technical level can be achieved.
The bias current of the main chip is as low as 1pA, and the rail-to-rail op amp is extremely accurate. Only positive voltages are required for the input voltage (negative voltages are not required).
Positive and negative current input version means that the input current can be positive or negative. Otherwise, it can only be used according to the specified current input direction.
Its circuit has been improved many times, and it is practical and excellent in performance.
The calculation formula of output voltage Vout and input current I is: Vout=VCC/2±I*R.
