The Standard

Here at New England Injectors, we only use OEM injectors. These injectors will act brand new at a more cost effective price versus buying them new. These injectors may have some cosmetic flaws, such as discoloration and small scrapes on the body, but it do not affect the function of the injector.

The Process

All injectors have been ultrasonically cleaned, spray pattern/flow tested, and pressure tested to ensure no leaks. They are then rebuilt with new Viton O-rings, micro filters, and intel caps. All injector sets are matched within 2% and flow at the stock flow rate unless otherwise noted.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in the original, unopened packaging, with no signs of installation or use.

Items that show signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

A full refund for the product will be issued if it meets the return criteria.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

If an item has been installed or used and is believed to be defective, it may fall under the manufacturerâs warranty. In such cases, the item must be sent to New England Injectors (NEI) for inspection. We will determine whether it qualifies for repair, replacement, or refund at the discretion of the manufacturer.
