We gladly accept returns under the following conditions: 

- Merchandise must be returned unopened within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition with the original packaging and packing slip WITH FULL REFUND MINUS SHIPPING LABEL COST. 

-If the plastic wrap or seal is broken on the item, WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE. 

- IF we made the error, please contact us ASAP and we will send you out a return label to return/exchange the item at no cost to you. 

-We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skin care, hair care,  perfumes or make-up items due to health reasons.
