Notes on Condition

Sellers are experts at nothing - zero, zip, nada, ziltch, bupkus.  Unless otherwise noted, Seller is not the original owner or user of the item being sold and knows nothing of it-s past history beyond where it was obtained.  Most everything (95%+) we sell has been obtained from reputable estate sellers, auction houses and other sources with whom we've done business with over the years.  We do not pick yard and garage sales.

Item is being sold AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND IMPERFECTIONS WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE although with items known to be new the manufacturer's warranty may be available with product registration.   A visual inspection has been done.  All measurements are approximate and measured in inches.  All items are described to the best of our abilities. Used lots are pre-owned and may contain unseen flaws and imperfections in addition to the information listed here. May have blemishes, scratches, missing paint or other evidence of having been pre-owned and previously used.  Items listed and described as NEW are in fact new and never used; outer packaging may have been opened for inspection or for photographs and will be noted in the description, shown in the pictures or both.  Buyers should carefully inspect all pictures to determine condition of item and suitability for buyer's needs. All items are SOLD AS-IS.  Unless otherwise noted we do not attempt to wash, launder, clean, disinfect or polish items before sale.  Known and obvious defects effecting usability, including but not limited to missing parts, pieces or instructions or known defects, will be noted in the description and in the photos.  Buyers are encouraged to request additional information and/or photos to answer any of buyer's questions before deciding to bid or purchase.

Color Representation In Photos - for several technical reasons cameras, computer monitors, phone screens and tablets all present colors differently as does the light under which the photographs are taken and viewed.  We do the best we can to get the best picture but as far as perfect color representation our last name isn't "Pantone".  Utilizing the zoom feature while reviewing photos is recommended.

Original Packaging -  While the original packaging may be included with the item and shown in the pictures, it is to be considered only as part of the shipping protection and not integral to the item being sold.  Seller assigns no value to any included original packaging.  Any reference to the packaging in the listing is merely to assist both buyer and seller in describing and understanding the approximate age of the item, the level of care of the item, and the identification of the item.

Regarding "Make Offer"- Please be patient in awaiting for a response to any offers you may have submitted.  Seller will consider and respond to offers.  Consideration of offers includes considering both the price offered and the amount it will cost any seller-paid to ship to your location; two offers of the same dollar amount may have different NFVs..  If we haven't responded immediately to an early offer please be patient, it does not mean we've rejected your offer; all offers will be responded to.

Shipping  We may offer choice of  USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, Fedex Ground, Fedex Home Delivery or other delivery method.  If free shipping is offered we will choose shipping method based on cost and anticipated delivery times. Seller has no control over USPS shipping costs.  Except for the smallest of packages Fedex uses a Dimensional Weight calculation which takes into account not only weight but how much space a package takes up in their vehicles. eBay policy allows for actual costs plus incidental costs as well such as packing supplies. When necessary we buy specialty boxes and use quality packing material. As permitted by eBay policy allowing for the cost of shipping supplies we charge a reasonable TOTAL cost for shipping.

Combined Shipping:   To see the combined shipping discount, please use the "Add to Cart" button instead of the "Buy it Now" button to place all desired items in your cart keeping in mind that Buy It Now items are still "up for grabs" to other buyers until you submit payment - so do not wait too long!  Prior to checkout, make sure the ship methods for every item are the same and are NOT set to First Class Mail as this method will not combine. We recommend trying different shipping options as the combined discount for each method will vary.  Once checkout is initiated and before you pay for the order, if applicable, you will see the discount applied to your order's total.  Combined Shipping does not always work perfectly, eBay combines the item weights but does not take into account the possibility that a larger package may be needed.  Seller reserves the right to adjust or change shipping methods to avoid incurring additional seller-paid shipping charges.

Global Shipping Program:  We ship internationally via eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP). Seller is responsible for shipping only to eBay's Global Shipping location and eBay handles the international shipping and costs for same.  Seller's shipping charges are based on sellers cost to ship to the Global Shipping center, buyers are advised to check cost of shipping, customs charges, taxes and fees that are not the charged by seller.  Shipping charges and import related charges are calculated by eBay and presented during checkout. eBay does not combine shipping charges for such orders.

Tamper Evident Security Seals We may use tamper-evident security seals on the items we sell to prevent tampering by unscrupulous buyers and to discourage fraudulent claims.  Some examples are gaming consoles and games, any item in it's original box/container but without factory-sealed packaging, golf clubs with removable components.  Unless the item we are selling is in it's original sealed package we always use photos of the actual item and outside of it's packaging.
