This is a very nice condition late-1940s to 1950s advertising paperweight that also has miniature gambling dice inside and a mirror on back. It reads "Shipp Bros. Co. Trailer Sales Schult - Richardson - Stewart Waterloo, IA." Measures 2.75" x 4-1/8" x 1". No chips in the glass. The only flaw is a little missing piece in the grout type material that holds in the mirror.
