How to Use:

1.    Split a cotton pad into two thin layers.

2.    Pour an adequate amount of toner onto the soft side of the pad.

3.    Gently pat onto the face in an upward motion.

4.    Apply first on the face, then continue to the neck and the back of the neck.

5.    Use twice daily—morning and night—for best results.
