In good used condition. There is no charger included. The volume button doesn't work but its set to a decently low volume so it's ignorable. Has good picture, a little dark, but the screens are worn from use. The base screen is scratched from use. Reads games but you do have to shut it off, turn it back on for them to show up on the screen. Does charge okay and hold a charge okay. There is almost no body wear, a few scratches etc. See pictures for more details.
