DESCRIPTION

Luke Rathborne - “Dog Years E.P. / I Can Be One E.P.” Dilettante Records DR003 (Stereo) from 2011. Great Alternative / Indie / Folk / Pop / Rock Double EP from Luke Rathborne. Rathborne has worked and toured with the likes of Devendra Banhart, Albert Hammond, Jr. and The Strokes, Antony and the Johnsons and more. Rathborne calls this a “Double EP” because he feels the two sides show two different sides of his music, the first more Pop, the second more Folkish. Me, I say it has eight songs, it’s an LP. Both sides show influences like Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, The Kinks, etc. Sealed in the Original Shrink Wrap with NO Cutouts, Promo markings or Barcode! Includes a Book of Rathborne’s Poetry. As far as I can determine, the Vinyl format of this release is long Out Of Print.

CONDITION

In NEW, SEALED condition in its Original Shrink Wrap. There is a bit of corner softening and a soft crease in the upper left corner. Still in great shape and I would say easily Near Mint. Please note - Sealed Records are assumed to have Mint Vinyl by definition. Because there is no way to check the condition of the Vinyl without opening they are not returnable!

Records are graded to the best of my ability to Goldmine Visual standards. If you are not familiar with this grading system (or even if you think you are!), please check it out before bidding.

Sealed records are assumed to have Mint Vinyl by definition unless there is some indication that damage may have occurred. Covers are usually Mint or Near Mint, again by definition, but any flaws will be listed and the covers graded accordingly by Goldmine standards.

I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these Goldmine guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG record!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less! If you are not satisfied that a purchase meets my description, I will do what I can to make it right if you give me the chance and work with me! Please feel free to check my feedback.
