It is used but in good condition; there is discoloration, but no damage.

Due to the impact of tariffs, the shipping cost for U.S. buyers has increased.
When shipping under the seller-paid duty method, instead of the buyer paying duties locally, I, as the seller, am responsible for the duty payment. A total of 21% is incurred, which includes a 15% reciprocal tariff on the product, steel-related duties, and processing fees.
I am refunding the portion of the increased shipping cost that excludes the base shipping fee and product-related duties.
This change is due to eBay’s new policy requiring seller-paid duties. However, since individual tariff settings are not available, the additional amount is charged first and then partially refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

For countries outside the United States, customs duties are not applied within the duty-free allowance, and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer according to each country’s regulations.
